Trouble Corrective Actions
When the product doesn't work Check if the plug is correctly in.
When the product is heated a lot The heat results from long-term use so stop it and 1 hour later,
re-operate it.
When the rotation is too slow so
materials are not grinded well
The quantity of a material is too much so do not input more than
the proper quantity.
When water leaks Tighten again because the cup and the cub base (blade part) are not completely closed
When the pivot doesn’t rotate, making the noise of buzz Promptly switch off. This trouble results from the negligence in washing or from no use for a long time. That is, food remnants,
which are hardened, prevent the blade from rotating. Plug out, put
the blade and the protective part in hot water for 10 minutes, and
then, operate it.
When there is serious vibration or noise Check if the protective part and the connecting hook for the hand
mixer are correctly coupled
When the blade is naturally missing Check if the groove of the blade (crushing blade, bubble blade) is
correctly inserted into the pin on the pivot. This trouble results
from the loosened spring on the opposite of the blade (crushing,
bubble) groove so slightly tighten the spring with a pair of pincers.
